Body swap from pu to 4 runner

Wondering if anyone has done a swap from a pick up to a 4 runner. I have a pick up that has a body that has seen better days and a 4 runner that needs a new frame. So my question is how long and is it a pain in the rear.

What is the doner truck, is it a long box, short or x-cab?

the doner truck is a short box stnd cab. i think it is the same wheel base but not sure until i see it tonight.

The shouldn't be all that bad of a swap really.  Id have both frames sitting in front of you so you could swap anything that is different between the two.  I know that a couple of boldy mounts are different on the runner.
