not new been coming in her since nov.but just started posting (took that long to read the good posting) another bama boy (or in my case transplant been down here for 15 yrs) i got a 80 hilux 20r bored 30 over headmen header  8" total lift 4.88gears  aussie locker in the rear 38" swampers  onboard co2 cuttting feander as soon as this rain lets up long enough for the saw flatbed going on in the next few weeks .
i also have a 82 for parts after i get what few parts off of it its gonna be parted out cuz the rust ate the cab and the frame way to bad for repairing
heres a link to some pics by the time i get them down to 150k you'd need a scope to see 'um

wish i could take the credit but it came with the truck i was going to take it off (and still might )  cuz of they wieght (8" c-channel) but it is nice when i bounce off things i've heard that for cawling you want it light but not so light that you hop every time you go up a rock or ledge

I dont' really care about lightness myself  :stopit: I just want to keep the wieght and center of gravity low

thats what i'm trying to do now i'm taking my rusty bed off anf replacing it with a flatbed and gonna take a sawzaw to the front fender if it works like i think i might be able to remove the body lift from the front/cab (welding flatbed to frame) which will be nice its funny i take crap off then stick more back on it  :smack:
