Does anyone know what gears rotios come in two wheel drive trucks, and or what other toyota axels ( rear end) come with 4.10 gears other then four wheel drive models. Basically I need to replace the rear end in my truck and wanted to know all my options on what is available for parts to fix it.

some 2wds  had  the 8 inch aka G code  differential,   most 2wd's had the 7.5 inch which was i think a F  code

the 86 2wd i have has a  G##2 , cant remember  but its like a 3.43 gear ratio

G072 is a 3.90

find your code under the hood  or  door jam  and post it

I believe 3.43 and 3.54 are the two most common 2wd ratios, with some 4.11 and 3.07 thrown in too.
