mine used to try to do it all: work, errands, and wheeling. Was a pain to have to unload the work stuff to use it for anything else, then load it all back up to be ready for work again.  But since New Year's Day, it has had to be demoted to personal driving and wheeling. :cheer: Got a truck to dedicate to work, so the yota's load has been lightened (now, I can work on it a little more, and not have to worry about having it ready for work the next day). Also, when it was my work truck, couldn't really risk breaking anything (see how that turned out).  So, now, I can get a little crazier with it!

When mine was running it did everything.  Haul motorbikes (fast 50s if I'm wearin a flat bill), haul dirt and garbage, get me around when it snowed, go places it shouldn't when hunting, and haul ass when it ran right..... well, about as much as it could anyway.

DD/trail rig in the making. I drive it as my sole transportation every day & hopefully once I get it armored up & get some lockers in it I can take on most trails. Since I'm not into destroying my ride to prove I'm capable of getting over any obstacle it should work out fine for me as a combo rig.

Mine was a DD, even after I built it - but now it's welded front and rear on 5:71's.  So we'll see about the whole DD thing when I get it smogged.  Most likely I'll be driving it to the trail, but only once in awhile if I can help it.

I guess mine is the opposite. I have found most of the weak links though there is always another one. I like to push my driving capabilities to the limit, even if that means breaking. I Have to travel 2+ hrs to get to the challenging terrain, so I want to have the most challenge while I'm there. I do drive my rig to the gas station, and to some local trails, but it spends more time getting upgrades or on the trail than it does on the road.
I enjoy tinkering, and building as much as wheeling, and shop time is generally cheaper than fuel for a wheeling trip anymore. I have a 2000 Generic Made Chevy that gets the chores, and commute duties done.
