Do it and post pics, back in the day there used to be a really nice 86x-cab painted pink, glossy, tinted windows, and chrome trim with the exhaust going through the bed side, it looked really good

i had  hrd time deciding, i almost painted my cage army green, but what other color would look good on a green truck tahn just plain old balck, although if i was a better welder and could figure out a way to clear coat just the raw metal, that would look really good, maby no color just cleat coated would have looked better, like this kinda.

I have a white truck so I thought black sliders would look good.  One problem, I forgot to paint one of them in my hurry to get them on and go scratch them.  Now one is black and the other is rust   :dunno:

so your saying lime green would look bad?

To each his own....Thats why we live in America!!!  haha.

For me, I chose black because it matched the theme on my rig.  Front winch mount is black, grill black, tool box is black and I wanted to contrast the main color so I can see it when Im steppin out of the truck.

MY sliders were pink along with highsteer diff armor and some other odds and ends. Now there black but beat to hell so the pink is showing threw it looks super sick... but my new color is a bright blue that looks good its the color of my beadlocks. I will be painting my bumper and sliders this color when I put the new sliders on and get my truck rolling to pain the front.

I can remember painting our family 4 seater Sand-rail Florescent Green and Pink! [late 80's]  :yesnod: My parents asked my brothers and I what color to paint it after they had it finished. It was really bright. Still love that color scheme. lol Around here black is the norm. I painted mine rattle can white to best match my trucks color. Looks good to me.  :clap2:
