I'm pretty sure the coil is bad on my 84 22r, and I have a 22re coil layin around, so I was wondering if I could run the re coil. I'd have to wire in the different plugs on the harness side, but will it work? I'm gonna swap efi on this summer, so it would make sense to do that instead of finding a 22r one. BTW, this is my DD.
