Transfer Case Rear Output Bearing

How difficult is the t-case rear output bearing to change?  I think mine might have suffered from drivetrain vibration before I got the angles corrected and it also had a time with a bent driveshaft.  Is it possible to change without pulling the case?  It appears that the small cover might do the trick?
