I saw that when it aired.

At 300 rounds per minute...thats 2400 00 size pellets hitting your enemy.

only prob i really see with it is that shotgun ammo is heavy, i usually only carry a few hundred rounds on me at any given time when im shooting shotgun, that being said :love:

I also saw something very similar, in fact it may just be an adaptation of this, it was a dual shotgun set-up to be roof mounted on vehicles. Traffic should be clearing soon after I get one of those.

I think that is it's max effective range. He was also talking about that grenade at that point.

well when were out duck hunting man 200 yards is just going to maybe at most wound a duck... but i guess it could be alot more powerful round. i missed the grenade part i guess. i stopped watching when they talked about the 32 round drum.

he was talking about the grenade round at 200 yards.

heavier shot (buck shot) than what you use for duck hunting, alot fewer and much larger/heavier projectiles. like all shotguns though its designed for close quarters.

They're using some sort of unobtainium alloy for the pellets, they said was heavier than lead. A 00 size pellet is .3300 in diameter, there are only 8 per round...8.5 shot (.0850 dia.) shot (bird) has 470 pellets per round.

you shooting 2" shells? my 2 3/4" shells have 12 pellets of 00 and my 3" have 15... just curious

I never watched it that far  :hammerhead: I was thinking after watching this that i would take any decent assault rifle over this gun but after watching the grenades with a 9 foot radius bye bye machine gun!  :sleeping:   i bet this will be utilized highly in the swat scenarios. even someone with full body armor would hate life if that pregnant dog was pointed at them.

The way they designed the insides to absorb all the recoil was awesome, that highspeed shot was sweet!


I actually know some people that use 00 guages for geese so no birdshot isn't limited to the 6 and 7 shot categories..............

I was just using an ounce as the guide from a size chart.

That thing has to be designed for 3 1/2'' shells.
