Topic: A/A dual case detent?

so i got my dual cases all bolted in and finished up and there seems to be no detent in the crawler box?  what the heck can i do? the strap to the dash is not an option.  it is a A/A adapter

anyone know about this?  does this adapter just not have a place for it?

well i can get some but it just looks like a shifter sticking through the floor.  you know when you put it in 4hi or 4lo there is a click you feel? my crawler box does not do that.

Did you build the dual cases or was it all reedy assembled? There should have been a hole to put a detente ball and spring on the top driver side . this pick is a MC07 but i think they would be in the same spot. take the bolt out and see if you have the ball and spring . If you do maby the shift rail got put in with the detentes facing the wrong way. if all that is good you need to call A/A
