well we went to the hammers yesterday and the end results finished Sledge got denied at BD with a twisted drive shaft and broke something in my front end so looks like I have some work to do    here's a short video of me having some fun on the plaque of Sledge

yeah it was now I got to get back to work on it and put it back together

Well I finally got my rig done. I put a new front housing with the knuckle ball gusset new AP 5" springs 2" wheel spacers a new sleeved rear DS and 1.5" wheel spacers in the rear. I like the way it sits it's a little wider now 










I will go test it out Sunday so that I can see if it's ready for the MIDNIGHT BRAWL RUN at the Hammers

Is it just me or are there some large gaps in between the axle tube and u-bolts? Looks like you are using the wrong bolts...they need to be square

No they dont,those are the correct ones.In fact someone brought that up on the Brawler board,there's nothing wrong with using the round ones as long as they're torqued down.We have a couple thousand kits on the road like that and never had an issue.

Well I am sure they work.....the only reason I say it is because I have seen the bolts wear right through the axle tubes where they touch in a relatively short time....all the clamping force is directed on a very small part of the tube....hope that makes sense

well I picked up a set of 1 TONS this past weekend so now the work begins. I will post up pic's in a day or so. Now I just need to get the rest of the stuff, disk brake conversion kit for the rear, hysteer set up, ram for ram assist, flange's for pinion's, 42's & rims . I already ordered the offset shackles for the front and I will be making the front hanger. My goal is to be ready for TDS so I hope some $$$$$$ falls out of the sky real soon  well thats all I have for now
