Man, sorry I didn't get over there after the race. When the wind started to get bad my friends wanted to leave. Will have to make a trip down to your place to take a look  :biggthumpup:

Thats impressive going from pictures and no actual measuring.  Well actually it would still be impressive either way.  Good job

Just a little update, finished the mold and pulled out the first test part this weekend. Keep in mind it is just a tester to see how much resin and cloth would be needed and to make sure my cloth patterns made good coverage.



The mold after pulling test peice. Needs more wax and polishing. You can see some of the PVA stuck. It should all come out with the piece.





I am happy with the result. The final peices will be gel coated and have 2 layers of woven glass layed up in epoxy.
