how do you add games to the MC arcade link?

kitty cannon should be on there, its funny and fun to shoot kittys

I have a bit of php and sql programming knowledge, so it may be possible for me to manually add games, however flash games need to support some type of exporting (I don't know much about flash yet) in order save high scores.
