96 and up Auto question A340F /30-40LE swap

I'm have been looking for a A340F for my Lexus swap but I found one from a 96 and up 4runner or truck the guy says. It says A340LE on the side. Are they the same transmission?

A340LE  is from a  Supra  2JZ or Soarer  V8

I thought Supra's were A340le but I have seen 30-40LE on the side of some 4wd autos. Here is a pic of the auto I found.
The seller also told me it says 30-40LE on the side.

Do the 4x4 autos just say 30-40LE on the side but are really a A340F?
