MC Billet hi steer arms!
« on: Dec 29, 2007, 09:30:54 AM »
So earlier this year I did the lift and hi steer on my 85 runner. Billet in my brain meant billet aluminum. Needless to say, now that the salt is on the roads I have some rusty a$$ steering arms. I am an idiot!!  :qtip:  :hammerhead:

Make no mistake that these arms are billet steel and need to be painted before installation.

I must have been  :sleepy: on that day in class.

Just venting my retardedness!!

That's a great idea. I was just going to paint them black. I don't want to have to tear them off to paint them though.

I got sick of rusty steering arms too. I just wire brushed them and hit them up with a piss can while they were still on the truck. Quick and easy.
