I have had many rigs now and I don't think I have ever started  my own rig thread so I thought I would start one now.

1994 Toyota 22RE with flat bed.

Things I want to do:

ARB's front and rear.  It currently has a Detriot TruTac in the front and a Full Detroit in the rear.
Dual Ultimate with a flat belly.
30-Spline Longfields.
Some new seats, I hate bench seats.
Some new wheels, the backspacing sucks on the current wheels.
Disc brakes in the rear.
And all kinds of other things.

OFRD_GRL – as much as i appreciate strip clubs, i could never date a chic. they are all flopin crazy.

Still getting the new house.  I sold my truck last Friday to help with the new house even though I didn't want to sell it.  That same weekend my wife's mom gifted her some money for the new house.  I could not believe it, I was happy and pissed at the same time.  Anyways my wife said I could get a new rig if I really wanted to, so here it is.  :gap:

Keep the Detroit in the rear and save some coin, it will serve you well.  Anything with a flatbed doesn't need a selectable locker in the rear.

:twocents:

Looks like fun!  :gap:

Yeah, I am not a big Detroit fan, especially in the rain and ice.  We will see.

Lockrites and detorits are a lot different.

My brothers jeep with his old detroit vs my toyota with an aussie was night and day. That detroit was so sketchy sometimes.

96 inch wheelbase and 126 inch wheelbase is whats night and day. i have driven a few rigs with full detroits and i thought they felt and handled better actually
