WOW thats a lotta wheel!  Id check out www.summitracing.com and www.jegs.com if summit doesnt have them in stock they can order direct drop ship from a manucacturer.
What tire are you planning on running?  Those wheels will put a massive load on the wheel bearings and trunion bearings, so Id have to recomend a knuckle rebuild before mounting them up.
Full hydro, 186:1 with an auto and 44's what could go wrong??

Well I figured that since the thornbird tire 38x14.5x16 were the same price as the 38x14.5x15.

I would be the first one on island to have the larger tires and thus larger rims..I never thought about the extra load on the bearings..

the available rims to match the tire are just plain ugly...I will check the link. Thanks

Um I dont want to sound like a jerk but thornturds are the worst tire interco every designed.  They are junk everywhere including pavement!  They really wear like crap.  I really hope for your sake that you pick another tire, youll be MUCH happier in the end.

Emm NP. I was leaning towards the Thornbirds beacuse no one else here has them. I am now reconsidering the 16" rim and going with 15".

Heck Ive been thinking on going to a 17" wheel and getting some new nitto's to match just to be a bit different.  And there is a reason that noone runs thornbirds.

When I ran those I had them on 15x10 centerlines.  Not a bad looking combo really.

Your right they look good. So do the centerlines. I would like to get a rim that will help show off the rear disc brake mod I have installed on the runner.

I have seen some of the 16" rim's available, no pizzaz. Thanks for the picture.

I have just about finished porting the heads. 0.030 forged pistons are in the mail. I will get the 4.3L 262 bored next week. Then put it all back together.
