Another reason why...

Dana 35s suck....

For some background information, this axle is geared 4.88, hasnt been wheeled too hardcore since its a POS axle, its his second one (my brothers), and he really hasnt even drvien the jeep much. Not only that it is locked in the rear with an ARB but that is usually off. He also has a Skyjacker anti wrap bar and It still did this. Its been welded back together 2 times now and this time it broke the whole axle plug weld, th welds we have done to it (My brother and buddy Callen) and it even ripped out the axle tube...

As anyone who has ever seen my welds knows...I don't have a lot of room to talk. But those are some pretty cobby looking welds and they're on cast iron.

hes been driving it but yah he needs a 60 bad. right now hes got a replacement D35 (stock with 355 gears, haha) to put in till he gets money.
