7 years in the last hotel....as a chef

and now 4 years as a souchef in the Hotel/Restaurant

im 18 so not much i can say, and the job i work at you have to be 18 for liability reasons and what not....its good

almost 2 years, longest was 3 years when i was in high school.

Been at it 20 years since my last....................................sabatical. Before that it was 3 years. Working for family has been ..............................well very rewarding over the years, but rocky at times.
