Almost got the axle in. I need shorter bolts for the passenger side. But got it most of the way in.

not enough thread to thread it in and cut the rest off to put a nut on or just use the rest of the bolt. I'll pick some up today or tomorrow.

no updates yet. I got some more parts again. 14 bolt disc conversion parts,
some air bumps, they were converted from air shocks. 5" travel

and some bling high steer arms

Some updates over the weekend. Put the discs on the 14 bolt. Going to start The link truss today. They clear 15" wheels. I can't remember what kit it is but I'm using ruff stuff bent brackets.






mounted the 60 all the way. Mounted some 38's. Still haven't gotten the single wheel hubs.

i need to get some srw hubs and it won't be so wide. Also need to get some gears and a detroit or something for the 60. Still working on the truss for the axle and frame mounts. should have more updates after today hopefully

3 CAT scans a MRI and some time with the shrink and it's comfirmed. I'm just not right in the head.

They were cake to put on also. The hardest thing was loosening the bolts for the axle

Got some work done yesterday.

lower link crossmember and mounts I might have to modify it a little to clear the driveshaft.





Front range rotated crossmember


Everything mostly in place. The cases might go a little higher.

Some more work done over the weekend.

Upper frame link mounts. STill going to beef them up a little more.



Lower link crossmember in.



Started the axle lower link brackets.



Got the lokar shifter in after modifying it a little. And the 2nd case shifter. I still need to get a shifter for the crawl box

a few updates. Finishing up the rear suspension. The rest of my joints should be here tomorrow. Then I'm working on the wiring. Still need to finish bracing the rear truss and caping the front and rear of it.

sweet project. wedont have many rocks here in va that the crowd i run with go to. we put a 351 roller in a sammy with toy axles 4 a mud bog. we run mud bogs ant alot of trail riding throught timber cutovers. crawlin over downed trees and stumps :yikes:,up red clay hillsand swamp bottoms. most of the time we put that size stuff under blazers and shortbed fullsizes. i love the way yours is done i am workn on put cut fullsize axles under my 93 toy. hopefully it will be as easy as you make it sound. :thumbs:

Looks like a fun project! Love tha huge Marlin Sticker Accents, keep up the good work, oh and Chevy 4.3's are great motors! I think that would be a good choice for a swap. An sbc is overkill in my opinion, not to mention horrid mpgs.
By the time I get the money for an SAS I'll be 65 at this rate!

and my front links. 4130 chromo 7/8 heims, going to be replaced with some new ballistic joints
uppers 1.5"  .250 wall
lowers 1.5"  .250 wall sleeved with 1.75 .120

some more updates. Took the toy cases off. Sold the dual case adapter, rear case and crossmember. Getting an adapter from OTT to put a dana 300 behind the first case. Just waiting on parts again.

Here's some updates finally. Got my 32 spline front and rear outputs. twin stick stuff. CPI harness and computer. greatlakes 14 bolt cover.
Had to redo the lower link crossmember

Been building my little brother jeeps as well. I haven't started a build on here yet of it. I could I guess. There's one over on pirate. No update on it today though. Got my srw 60 hubs. Gonna put them on along with my steering tomorrow.
