I think I've found a good deal on some used wheels but want to make sure they'll fit. I know that chevy 6 lug pattern is the same as toyota, but is the hole in the center for the hub always the same? will I have any issues with doing this?

That all depends if the wheels are aftermarket or not.  If they are stock chevy wheels then no they wont fit.  If they are aftermarket wheels that just happened to be bolted to a chevy you might be in luck.  Most aftermarket wheels will fit no problem because they have the big centerhole so the wheels will fit all rigs with that pattern.  Good luck
