Public Information Meetings Scheduled on Proposed Routes of Travel in
Three Counties

In early May, the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is hosting meetings
in five cities - Las Vegas, Needles, Tecopa, Bishop, and Ridgecrest -
to present a proposed routes of travel plan that encompasses 1.1
million acres of public lands in Inyo, San Bernardino and Mono
counties.

The series of public meetings are scheduled on:
Wednesday, May 5, 2004, 6:30pm-8:30pm, Las Vegas, NV;
Thursday, May 6, 2004, 6:30pm-8:30pm, Needles, CA;
Saturday, May 8, 2004, 2pm-4pm, Tecopa, CA;
Monday, May 10, 2004, 6:30pm-8:30pm, Bishop, CA;
Wednesday, May 12, 2004, 6:30pm-8:30pm, Ridgecrest, CA.
