Topic: Tail gate hardware

I'm going to modify a truck tail gate to fit my 87 4Runner so I need all the mounting hardware, lock plates that bolt to the bed & the hinges that hold the tail gate when it's open & all the bolts. I'm in the SF Bay Area.

would you consider a tailgate from another 87 4runner or are u eliminating the window?

I have a tailgate on a 95 Tacoma. It's beat up but there's hinges, internal locking mechanism, and cables/hardware if you can use those pieces. Send me a e-mail if interested. johnross@gci.net
