what cuts to make on my body

ok picking up my stock 85 4 runner this weekend there is rust behind the rear wheel wells.... this is going to be an offroad only truck.... i have been a jeep guy for the last 3 years and really wanted to get a yota..... so now i want to see some picks oh how people cut their wheel wells.....

im planning on running 36's with 4" lift springs in the front and 63" chevys in the rear..... and locking the rear as well any help  or picks would be awsome

I've pretty much got that setup and this is what I did:
Fenders cut 3" all around, pinch weld folded and flattened.

mini, are those cuts jsut cut? or did you roll the feneders and give it a lip?
