a long
time has been written for nothing here but it shall now I had little time to this there screw has himself, however, I am already the whole project delayed very far with the much help of very good friendly now

our pickup club was at the adventure & all-wheel Exhibition 2009 with a stand and we had a crazy idea

our idea
very simple, one pass pickup club, this vehicle temptedly from this up to scratch with a couple of friends within 4 days as far as possible again.

New suspension from trailmaster,frontbumper with new winch ,rearbumper and flatbuild

I would like to show you the Flat-build first.
we came with all components allready sawed and flext and my truck on the fair
the first day it rained like in the hell and storm had and we could not make many

the winch is an MAX-Kraft by Maas cooperate with Trailmaster Europe

jepp that was a good idear

day four,
that the suspension-crew could work easyer we take the flat of the truck and it was ready weldedly railing and spare wheel holder
the sparewheel is mounted on the middle cross behind cabine

almost ready
last welding...and quickly undercoat before rain and rust come

the last welding was the wheelcoverplate

ready to mount...looks great and the rest colorfinish,tankmount i will do at home

our partner at the stand for the eleventh edition of “ABENTEUER & ALLRAD”
was TRAILMASTER by Maas Europe
among other things they have provided us with an suspension
to demonstrate the installation into a truck at our stand
also the winch from MAX-KRAFT by Maas is provided as advertising

in the same time we build the flat...one team works on the suspension

trailmaster give us for the front new leafsprings and new shocks
and in the back we use the old leafsprings with a block and new shocks
the shocks are Trailmaster Stage2 one of the best in europe produktion shocks

also we mounted the rocksliders...
same construction like Angelas wrigglygreencan-Truck and build by Loafi

2 weeks before they start to the Dresden Breslau Rallye 2009 with
the Fettschnecken Racer they wisit us and we make a foodcookingduell for the standguests

last day...the Abenteuer Allrad 2009 goes end an we finish
oure project for this 4days

the next i will do at home...

jepp nice weekend
and last weekend i to the second Flat coat, the Fueltank is in and the ALU is ready...

only problem he dosn`t will start no fuel from tank to engine...maybe air is in the pipe this, i will chek this week.
and then i start paint the flat
the Hood is complet black now

and the new steering wheel is mounted
