4Runner rollbar question

Will a 4Runner rollbar attach to a 84-88 bed? If so, has anyone done it? How easy was it? I think it would be neat to have a 4Runner roll bar under my shell. Just an idea. Thanks!

It sits on the rear fender wells in a 4Runner.  Which would make it awfully short in a pickup bed.

it will sit behind the wheelwell towards the tailgate. you will need to fab up some kind of bracket/spacer to deal with the fact the 4runners floor is a lot shallower than the truck

I have done it i tool out a 4runner rollbar and it sat towards the rear whells in his girlfriends ex cab toyota the whole process took about 20 min
