Need your help!!!

me and my best friend swapped an engine into his truck a few weeks back and before we installed the engine we took the head off and got it machined.  We also replaced all of the gaskets.   So we got the engine in and started it up.  Fired right up and five minutes later we check the coolant and oil and we notice that everything looks good.  so we take it around the block after final adjustments and we check the coolant and oil again as we get home.  CHOCOLATE MILK   We dont know what the hell happened.  WE just replaced the head gasket and got it machined.  the block was stil good with no cracks and now were just    The compression on the engine is around 175 psi average and theres oil in the coolant but no coolant in the oil.   Help me out.

maybe you didnt get everything out from when the HG blew the first time?

head gasket prolly didnt seal, why i dont know.
