Topic: turbo tranny in my 854runner uhhhhhh why is it all like wierd and stuff....

so here is how it line up.





so am i going to have to short throw and dog leg the shifters or did i screw something up?  it is a forward shift tcase and trany is from a reg cab 86 turbo pick up.  anyone else run into this problem.    more money to spend dam it!!!!!!!

well the stereo console above it wont allow the shifter to shift if it is there.  i heard that the turbo trannyy was a little longer so that is why im confused why the shifters are farther forward?  does this mean when i put my engine in that the tranny will have to move back and the cros member for the trany wont line up?
