Big Bear, CA......5/27/06

Met up with Smiling Jim and RobG for some wheeling in the So Cal Mtns today.

We ran Holcomb Creek and Gold Mtn. Holcomb was fun. Having 3 vehicles that acted the same made it easy. Ran into the Nowhitefenders crew at the middle rock garden. That trail was owned by Toyotas today.

We did Gold Mtn the opposite way most do. Started from 3N16.

We had planned to run John Bull, but with unlocked Jeeps and a broken Pinzgauer we opted not to go.

We saw you on Holcomb Creek. Our club was running east to west, we had the blue 4runner (Mark), a couple of Samurai's (Bill and Eric), blue Toyota (Fred) and I was driving the Kawasaki green Toyota. Great pics, I hope you had as much fun as we did!

   I remember seeing your rigs coming down the trail... NICE! Last time I was up there, the trail was littered with Jeeps. 
It was great to see so many TOYOTA's...

Can Ya believe I ran that Black Tacoma both days with out a prob.. Well..... sort of..  I ended up with two large gashes in the side wall.
