The one forseeable thing that will keep me from going is if I get hired by one of the departments I'm testing with.  If that is the case, as long as I'm not in the academy at the time of MCR6, I'll be going.  Even if I am in a M-F academy, I will still try to make an appearance.  I may ride in with someone, or even just hike it so I don't have to deal with a potential breakage issue, but as of right now, I'm really planning on going.  I just hope it all works out :crossed:

You may want to make reservations.  There will be a LOT of people out there that weekend, and a lot of us are going early.  Also, gotta register with Marlin ahead of time too  I believe the link is on MiniSimp's sig :gap:

harley, where exactly are you talking about needing the camping reservations for?  once you are on the trail, there are no reservations.  When you camp at the springs, you do have to pay, but you throw your tent wherever there is room.  The fee for the rubicon springs camping is included in your registration (I believe, it was last year
IF you're talking about camping on say thursday night, at or near the trailhead, then yes, you should make reservations, because as FFC said, there will be a lot of people
