Clearing out ....
« on: Mar 30, 2007, 02:50:45 PM »
Hey all. I have 2 almost complete 22-R motors... they are pretty much stripped but i have all the parts.. need to get rid of some of this stuff. I have a complete 22-R minus the harm. balancer and oil pan (i have an extra oil pan) but thats the block that sucked up the sand... dont know how bad it is but if u want it.... come get it. Make me offers and take them off my hands. Not really sure how much to price this stuff at .... I will list some of what i have tmw when i get off work. But ask me and i prolly have it somewhere in the pile...

I need a 22 re block, as far as I know the r and re blocks are the same. How much are you willing to let one go for? As far as sand...did it go down the intake? I can pick up

r and re blocks are different, the re block deck is 2mm shorter, and the timing covers are different.  can be adapted though.  just to let you know.

not quite...... there are 2 types of r blocks.... the old ones pre 85 and the 85+

pre 85 had the taller deck

85+ had the shorter deck.... @ this time, the re and r blocks were identical

Ok.. Heres an idea of prices... becuz this stuff has to go and i dont wanna throw it away if it is needed on ur rig.

22-R blocks = $30/each
22-R heads = $25/each
Misc cooling pieces (lines/water pumps/etc) = package $20
Power steering pump w/ resevoir= $30
Brackets/mounts = $5

Whatever else i have out there... i will prolly throw in with whats listed above. Im not sure whats left. I will be cleaning out the shed on sunday... i will try to get a more detailed inventory. Thanx!
