enginebuilders rv street cam, and 1mm oversized valves?

I have a 93' toyota, 4x4 of course with a 22RE, and manual trans. I recently took of the head and rebuilt the top half with engine builders 1mm oversized valves. Along with new springs and seals. I also put a engine builders Rv street cam in it.
The problem is it runs really rough, at high rpms it will backfire into the intake and I have no power.   Has anyone else done this mod?  and if so what did you tune it to? Valve adjustments? is timing the same? ect?
