"Never make your passion your occupation. it will loose it's luster and become work. that's why i never wanted to become a gynecologist!"

I also taught him how to put in 5min of hard work and then spend 15min staring and admiring what you have done...

Do you guys think the Macho Taco would look good with a pink drag link, or maybe a pink oil pan?   :therethere:

Aaight,so we got to work on the Macho today.Plan was for my buddie and I to cage it up and for me to bob the bed. We're gonna do an All-Pro cage with some added tubing and run it back to the bed and I'm looking at making the cab a walk thru because of my kids. It's gonna be reinforced quite a bit and we're gonna tie the new Beard seats into the cage and the cage into the frame  :flamer: .Here's my buddie Lee tacking the main hoop to the plates.

Couple more shots of the cage tacked in place. We didn't even get half way with the cage,we ran out of time because we got a really late start but she's coming along...From when I first got this truck till now it's allready had quite a few changes, axles, suspension, wheels & tires and a BUNCH of other things. So far I'm pretty happy with it and I'm anxious to get it on the rocks!!!

This is how it turned out,we cut about 12" off.The pictures look crappy because it's still not cleaned up,the bed isn't really mounted and they were taken at night so the next time I work on it the bob job will be finished up and hopefully all the cage work...Stay tuned.

It's really not as bad as people think. If it was that tall,on 37s and on Yota axles, yeah it might be a little tall but on full width 1 tons and 42s it's fine.
