We used 1 1/2 HREW.  We both have basically no bending experience at all.  some how it worked out pretty good.  we didn't f up any bends.  he may be picking up a winch tomarrow so we will finish it off then.  this was all done in less then 2 1/2 hours.  sorry about the blurry pics.  all i had my cell phone, will get better pics tomarrow.

I thought you guys got a 1.75" die?  where did you do that work at?

I did this at my work.  the one at work only has a 1.5 inch die.  and yes we did get a 1.75 inch die for the bender we bought.

we ended up doing two bends on the outer pieces to flow with the running lights.
