torque specs for 22r heead bolts and cam?

hey guys its 84_yota_4wd im using my buds compu cause mine took a crap a while back well long story short overheated my truck :crazy: warped the haed :smack: im gettin the head built as we speak got my gaket set and am ready to fly :beerchug: but i need the  specs to do every thing right anyone got em  :crossed:

chances are it didnt  warp, but  book says 58  lbs  but  i usually  go 65  but i wouldnt go past that

stuck a strait edge on it it warped 1/8 the head gasket was fine it boggles my mind too glen

thats the head bolt specs right do u know the cam gear specs by any chance

camshaft cap bolts are 14 ft/lbs

i went 58 on both the head and cam...no problems.  thats what haynes says

If it got hot enough to do that to the head I would recommend replacing the head bolts when you go back together.
