half doors

here are my half doors.  They were and then i put 2x4 wood on the inside.  I then put carpet padding ontop of the wood, then i put a leather type material ontop of that.  This is the passenger side door, the drivers door has a mirror on it. no cup holders yet.

my friend and i have built my half doors and his.  i just finished the material part today.  all i have to do is pull on the loop made out of the stock door cable.  it opens right up.

I cut the inside door panel and put it back on, i think it looks good.  these were the stock doors, i bought another pair to put on for $100, the leather type material only cost me about $5, about $105 for homemade half doors, i like it hehehe.

Hey not bad.  Im sure youll have more fun on the trail with the added vision these afford you.  Myself I have a sheet of expanded steel and a couple of pieces of 5/16ths wire to make mine out of.
