Is this daily driver? I've seen them turned up pretty far without problems, so my first inclination is yes, go for it, but i'm currious how far and how much driving highway speeds etc.

You can alwayse fill through the breather hole or relocate the fill plug to get more capacity in the diff.
Hug your kids, pray for a soldier, and don't sweat the small stuff.

Unless you've got something really freakin wierd in mind you will be fine with what ever angle you set up. With driveline length and that amount of lift it probably won't need much rotating anyway.

i was thinking the same way. my biggest concern is the pinion starvation. i am going to talk to one of the driveshaft guys and see what they think.

:attention: The few degrees that you'll turn your housing won't affect the oiling of your pinion bearings since there is a large opening above the inner pinion bearing to allow oil slinging off the ring gear to constantly fill that cavity and lube the pinion bearings.  As long as the ring gear is submerged in lube you should have no problems.  Unless, of course, you tilted it way up the oil would run out of the pinion area faster and may minimize oiling some,  but not completely.  :twocents:  :crossed:
