the wheels and tires are worth $2200 alone the truck is worth $4500 stock i  checked autotrader.com and there are several second gens like mine in way worse shape going for $7500-$9000.   I have like 10k in recipts over and above the value of the truck.  I was thinking somewhere around $7000-$8000.

thats cool i apperciate the info, but the cool thing about owning a custom vehical is that you can throw that nada and kbb out the door and look at what the market bears for that paticular rig.

thanks for the help

I quit looking at autotrader's, cause most of the rigs there are way over priced!  My bro-in-law had a 78 for hihgboy in it for a year and a half!  Nobody called until they dropped the price by $2000!  And then all the calls came in!

Just stick to your guns on what you want and maybe somebody will come along and offer what you want, or somebody will dicker with ya!  Good luck!

around here i would say that it is worth 6 to 7 k. The rig will never be worth as much to someone else as it is to YOU. So get that idea out of your head. My rig is priceless to ME. good luck whatever u do  :beerchug:

dont go below 6,000....i agree, you wont get what you think it's worth...thats why "you" build the truck to what "you" want, and spend the money on what you think is good...id say just keep posting everywhere and i think you'll get some one who wants the same setup as you, and will pay what you ask. just my opinion.

bruiz05

whats the magic number 6k, 7k, or 8k ????
