How long have you been running the 39.5s and what do you break?

Been about two months on short 40's.  Nothings broke yet related to tires/ drivetrain.  Went with 30 spline longs, hub gears and arp hub studs.  Clutch is not feeling as spry as it use to.  One reason for the Iroks, only 7 pounds heavier than the 37" mtr's I was running.  I do go through thin wall drivelines fairly often.  Rocks will do that though.

good to know, I run 30s,studs and hub gears also on 38 SXs but wanting to go to 39.5 Irok's. Short 40's  Have you tubbed the firewall yet? look through the link in my sig and you'll find posts of when I did my 83. Your truck looks good

Thanks,  sadly it's planned to be retired.  Motors wanting to eject some rods and oil disappears faster than I can put it it.  W56 is coming apart also.  Time for a extra cab and fuel injection.
