Hey guys. First off, where can I get the dash switches for my air lockers? Both the compressor switch and the locker switches? Also, the rear brake proportioning valve (I think it's called) which is mounted to the rear axle, what is it for and does it need to be mounted to the axle? Can it be tucked up under the frame? Thanks guys.

Hey dont know about the air lockers try 4wheel parts wholesales, but the rear brake valve stuff u can ditch u take the line where it comes into the thing on the frame and just bypass the thing too the line going too the axel just just rebleed the brakes and ur good too go.
If you didn't make it, and it ain't broke, you didn't try hard enough.

The switches are available at NAPA.  Ill get part #'s tomorrow.  On the lspv just zip tie it to the bottom of your bed and be done.

So bybassing the LSPV doesn't affect braking or handling or anything? How bout on a vehicle that's on the road alot, daily driver type? I was looking at this LSPV thing for the past couple of days while doing my body lift and removing unneeded things, I know what it does, but isn't what it does needed? If I can remove it, I will. Just want to make sure it doesn't make my back brakes lock up everytime I try and stop.
Money is the only thing that keeps me from my dreams.

i dont think it will hurt anything becuase it just sences how much weight is in the back of the truck and applys more brakes the heavyer the load is. most older ones mess up anyways and dont work very good, if u bypass it and take it off it will just make u stop better using more of ur back brakes.
ill post some pics tomarrow when its daylight on how too take it off.

I took my lpsv out I remove the rear return line at the same time beings it comes out of the lpsv.  After I did that the rears locked up bad, so I used my trusty hammer and flattened out the rear line a bit.  I would tap, try, tap etc till I got the bias correct.  I have been meaning to change it along with some other stuff just havent gotten aroud to it yet.  Ive been to busy with other projects.
