Toys 4 Fun of Fresno,CA. Interest in starting it up again

Hey everybody,
Toys 4 Fun was a central cal Toyota club (member of CA4WD and TLCA) that disbanded back in 2000 or so. Jimmy was the last president of the club still has all the Toys 4 Fun stuff and wants to get it back up and running. I was a past member and I'm interested in seeing the club start back up. If any one is interested in a Toyota based club then we are planning on meeting Saturday December 16 at 12pm. The location will be John's Incredible Pizza on Herndon Ave.  Hopefully a few of old members will show up. Everyone who is interested is welcome to come.

It went well.  It looks like there is enough interest in the club to make a go of it.

It was a meeting to gauge interest.  There is a meeting planned for sometime in January.  The plan is to get back in good standing with C4WD and TLCA.  The interest looks to be good.

Looks like its going to get off the ground.  I was not able to make it but my brother did.  Looks like there is going to be a meeting in January to start off the new year.  I know Marlin and cruzerDave are getting involved.  THis club has a long history so it will be cool to get it up and running again.  I am sure that Jimmy or dave will chime in as soon as they have figured out some more on this.

Im still workin on a meeting date Sorry fortaking so long Ive been real busy with the kids and Christmas this week..Thanks everyone for getting involved. Also i will have the By-Laws up on the web site next week so eveyone can have a look see.

yes we are still working on things. Im stuck out of town for a few weeks and have had problems getting a meeting place. If anyone knows a place we can meet let me know. I will be back in town week after next and will be working on things. Just for an update Stan has gone to the bank and the acount is still open with some money in it. I have the info to get the club back into Cal. The Bylaws should be ready by next meeting and that should be the 3rd tuesday of Feb. There has been a sugestion of some busness cards to put on windshieds to help recrut new members. I have no way to get ahold of a lot of you except here and the Toys-4-Fun fourm so if you want to send me a PM with your phone number I will call and let you know about the meeting.  Also anypne have any ideas let me know..   See Ya

The next meeting will be feb 20th at Marlins shop  7:00  he has a very limited amount of chairs so if you can bring a camp chair or something it would be very helpfull.  Hope to see some of the old members show up....
