it is the rubber that they lay down on roofs before they tar and gravel them :yupyup:

not much got done this weekend, hated they way the tank was mounted before, so i cut that back off and i am redoing the back section

well went wheelin for the first time sunday... it ran awesome and i made all the lines i attempted but then it died and wouldn't run. it wasn't getting any fuel and still isn't? ???  there is no power to the pump or to the fuel gauge sending unit at the tank... any idea's? it was running great for 4+ hours then it died and wouldn't run after that :headscratch:

Fuses???? bad connections???? Have ya checked all the obvious? I wanna see some  :snapshot:

yes i have checked all of the obvious.... i am in the process of testing all the wires to insure no breaks in the wirings. but i am not sure were the fuel pump relay is? is it the only relay in the fuse block? also i don't have any power at any of the fuses in the block but #6? any ideas :dunno:

pics!there not very good... i ony good to drive my truck for 3 hours before it died :rivers: it was more of a tease than a wheelin trip... im pretty disapointed it even decided to snow while we were up there :smack:

Are you running DIY beadlocks without the outer ring?
If you still have control you aren't going fast enough

yes... :tantrum: i bought the wheels not knowing they were reversed center rims, and they do not have the proper drop center so i couldn't mount them as beadlock... :smack: i am running these for the summer then gettin some 42's and new rims :yupyup:

yea thanks :screwy: i am not sure what shocks i want to run yet. i need to wheel it and see how much it stuffs and drops then make some bumpstops and some shocks....  :beer:

it has been awhile since i updated, so.... i have added some tube fenders and cut some more sheetmetal :flamer:. had it out a few times, no major issues so far :driving: broke a couple rear drivelines though. i will post pics tonight and a video :beer:.
  i ended up getting an XD 9000 with sythetic. couldn't pass it up for 250 bucks.
got the back almost done. i haven't had much spare time to work no it. with school and work, i graduate in less than a month. so i will have alot of time on my hands soon to finish it!

TO DO
wire in rock lights
make alluminum roof/ dash/ finish consol
have a bakini top made
plexy glass winsheild
i took my rims to Trail Ready and the cut them down and i rewelded the inner rigs back on and i now have beadlocks :thumbs: :clap:
i still have some skinning left to do
gauges
stereo
i finally got some shocks on it :gap:
build a track bar for the rear

do you got any close ups of your rear springs stuffed, they look completly flatened just the way i like em.
