webber 38mm carb

I have a webber 38mm carb with downey adapter plate for 22r, mallory low pressure fuel pump with holley regulator and gauge.  less than 100(probably closer to 50) miles on all of it.  I am getting rid of it because I got a new 4runner with efi and truned the old truck into a parts truck. 350$ + shipping takes all of it.
