Why are you doing this? The 80 truck uses round plugs and the 83 uses rectangle plugs.
Get a 79-81 SR5 cluster, it plugs right in with only minor work. [I had to run an added wire to my ignitor for the tach feed]
To only way to get it done is to trace the circuits on the back of the 83 cluster and then do the same on your old 80 cluster and finally put it togeather.
Hope you have the retangle plugs from the 83 cab wiring harness, your going to need them.
The numbers and colors that you posted are only there to confuse you.
