HELP!! igniter is dead

I have a 3vze, I tought it wasn't starting because of the temperature(-40) but found that the igniter(little box on the coil) reseive but doesn't give current to the coil.

What can I do beside buying a new one from dealer(300$).

Wrecking yard or go online and lookup T.A.P.  Recycling and give them a call.

Yeah I knew about TAP.

HA! Got 5 hours to spare? go over to pirates toyota board and type in TAP, I think the anti TAP thread is like 6 or 7 pages long, a classic. TAP sucks, call TTP in Rancho Cordova, much nicer..
