I was wondering if there was a such a thing as a CB that has a built in police scanner   :headscratch:.   and if anybody knows of one, one that will fit where my ashtray currentely sits in my 99 tacoma
'99 SR5/TRD Tacoma w/5vzfe. SAS'd with 64" diamond axle (w/ long superset & ARB). about 5" of lift, 305/75 x16 BFG KM1's. Soon to come: 1.5" more lift (6.5"), 35 to 37" tire, undecided at this point., 63" F/F diamond rear, Marlin 4.7 tacobox.

I do think they make combos, but that they are pricey.  THey're mostly designed for cop cars. 

:psss: dimensions of your ashtray wold be a good idea, since not all of us have 99 tacomas that we can go look at the ashtray in :thumbs:

well, if there pricey then well, i guess i have to wait anyways.  i saw a pic in a thread on here somewhere of what i am trying to do (except this was with a CB). i'll try to find the thread
