Seriously. Why am I asking this? Anyways, the group I'm going with is leaving a day before me and goin in through loon. I would like to head down cadillac early sunday evening and setup camp in the springs. This would give me a much needed night of solitude in one of my favorite places on earth. The obvious problem is that cad. hill is usually a one way traffic jam on sundays and it would also be especially crowded this sunday 'cause of MCO5. So maybe I shouldn't? I don't want to be "that guy" on the trail pissing a bunch of people off. I hoped that around 6pm the traffic might have lightened up enough for me to make it down without screwing it up for people. I'm guessing probably not but could still use a little feedback on this.

I bet by the end of the day there would be a lot less traffic. Also, you are more likely to upset those who are in a hurry to leave, such as the early Sunday risers (who leave camp at 5am-ish) than to upset someone who wants to take their time leaving the springs Sunday afternoon.

Right before you start to head down, switch your CB on to channel 10 (the official MCR5 channel) and see if there are any rigs coming up.
