I may be there that weekend with a couple of buddies in Jeeps and one with an almost finished SAS and a Land Cruiser on 36's. We're not sure whether we're going that weekend or the weekend before. I'll definately have my frontend put back together by then.

SEMA doesn't need no FJ.   :gap:  I think (living 2 hrs from Gilmer) that I would rather drive to a SEMA show than go to Gilmer.

I will be going to Gilmer Saturday morning for the TLCA ICBM (I cruised barnwell mountain) event.  I will try to get some pics posted.

That would be the Politician trail.  It was one of the more difficult ones we did during the day.  Everyone made it up unassisted but some of the guys with an open front end had some trouble.  I had trouble because my sliders stick out too far.

91 super yoda

i remember the tree, and so does my door.

91 super yoda

notice the dent under the passenger window

bcoop2004

you mean drivers window?  that ledge is easier if you stay farther left but then you have to deal wit hthe tree.  I took the harder line and made it up.

79coyotefrg

  ok  if a ifs truck made it up i know i can  :driving:

ok  mine was coming out Chaos canyon the wrong way  so :dunno:

i'll have to check that one out though

91 super yoda

those pics were taken 2 years ago, its gunna be fun to run it again SAS'd

ksmith

It's really easy now because the tree is gone. Too many people like Randy hitting it. It may be easier with a SAS but I'm not sure it you'll be able to make it with only one knuckle and no tires :ha_ha: 91superyoda.
