Is that mounting to those stock bumper locations?  If so, NOT STRONG ENOUGH!
IFS is best kept at ambient temperature in a pile of scrap in the backyard.  When kept under a functioning vehicle, it tends to greatly diminish said vehicle's offroad ability.     -reklund5

That's one of the reasons this is titled "Almost done..."

Very clean looking. It look a little boxy on top. Strength issues can be solved with some plating and bracing, no big deal. Look at FROR as an example or idea:

Where else are you gonna tie that in...I wouldn't trust mounting it just to that front crossmember.  At just a 3 inch displacement from the center line a 5000lb pull will create a torque of 15,000 ft-lb around the long axis.

Hopefully it works out good.
If I can cut the materials to the drawing spec, it should fit perfect.

using the stock mounting holes  even with your   gussets will still peel up in a hard winching situation.  my winch plate is very similar    only its welded with lots of triangle gussets on the bottom and top and in hard situations i still see the front of my frame flex 2 to 3".  It will not hold.

I've been told that about everything I've put on my truck.

I'll build it, mount it, try it, post pictures if it does rip the front of the truck off :talkingn:

BTW the estimated weight is 60lbs total.
