This is the upper Kern in August, in spring all those rocks you see are under water. If you look hard enough you'll see my brother's Chocolate Lab swimming the rapids

dang, sister, that was pretty irresponsible of her to disappear for 2 hours without letting you know where she was going!
I would have been PISSED

Yes, pissed I was, but more scared than anything.  When I saw her I broke down in tears (again).  I was too shook up to be mad at her, plus she's already mad at me cuz she was late for work The good thing is we found her and everyone made it home safe. 

I didn't have shoes on so I didn't want to walk the mile or so back to the water to find our group.  I knew they'd be up once everyone was off the water.  She just ended back up with the group at the beach..... with my car key   But with everyone gettin off the water no one had phones so I couldn't call

I was at ground zero for the Tulare Fairgrounds and the Bakersfield 7 Oaks Country club shows. Have you ever fired 3", 4" and 5" mortars until you're nose hairs, beard and pony tail are singed, couldn't breathe, blind from smoke and you're snot dripping down to your chin?

The fourth was great, I just wish the's shirt heads around here would finish their stuff off, instead of using it a little at a time starting at midnight, they just finished for the night not too long ago, they drink and shoot guns all day, then light fire works, I just hope they realize how hard its gonna be to light them with their 2 remaining fingers.
