I have a tailgate off of a 85. It does not have any "guts". I could get some pics if you send me your email address. Where in Co are you? I live in Craig.

also try the yota yard in denver co ask 4 nancy 303 242 5078 marlin gets alot of parts there

I have tailgate in white. It has a dent in the lower left corner which could be banged out. THe window still works jsut fine up and down.
